Pro-FEED° 2020
The only self-driver that doesn´t compact feed. It throws the feed loosely to the trough, without pressure. Thanks to its special auger, freshness and quality are retained and your animals will be encouraged to take more feed.
 
 

   

ProRob® 2020
The self-propelled manure scraper for clean slatted floors in the stable. The manure cleaning robot features an impressive compact design. This makes it very agile, even in narrow stable alleys. Corners and narrow crossings turn out perfectly clean.
 
 

 

 
Herd management
Currently the most reliable system available on the market – Our herd management is compatible and can work in conjunction with different systems. Dairy cattle owners provided input during the development of the hard- and software and tested these thoroughly in practice.
 
 

 

Milk quantity measurement
Accurate recording of the milk quantity is an essential piece of information for evaluating the herd. Even minor deviations from the expected milk quantity might indicate a health problem of the animal. Clear graphs provide a convenient basis for the work.
 
 

 

Animal detection
An important prerequisite for larger herds is the automatic animal detection by the transponder and the corresponding antenna. The automatic animal detection system allows for accurate monitoring of milk quantity measurements, individual on-demand feeding and cow activities.
 
 

 

Milking parlour controls
Economical solutions for comfortable and livestock-friendly milking. Also in the area of control units, we offer state-of-the-art technology with our MPC2 milking stall control and our Robotex control. The rugged light housings are resistant to water and ammonia.
 
 

 

Feeding
Through automation of basic processes, such as feeding, milking and oestrus detection, Nedap Agri helps meat and milk producers to efficiently use limited resources. With the cow feeding station, you can provide each individual cow with the right amount of concentrate.
 
 

 

Automatic feeding
The Happel-Pellon belt feeding system conveys the feed from a tank or a stationary mixing system to the animals – it couldn't be easier than that. The feed is pushed on the feeding tables by a plough that moves back and forth on the feed belt.
 
 

 

Oestrus detection
The Happel-NEDAP Lactivator Realtime notifies you 24/7 in the entire stable when your cow is in oestrus. The Lactivator is available as foot and as neck variant and can detect the oestrus from a large distance. We offer you the perfect solution tailored to your farm.
