X8 central detection and activity transponder
Animal detection made easy – in milk production, the electronic animal detection is used for supplying individualised feed portions at concentrate feeding stations and also for monitoring animal activity. The electronic animal detection automatically records fertility, performance and health of an animal. Animal detection in a herd management program and also in milking robots is implemented by transponders.

X8 activity transponder (lactivator)
The X8 activity transponder is a 2-in-1 transponder that is suited for cow detection as well as for activity data. It allows for recording the current parameters of the individual cow. It is especially suited for oestrus detection based on the number of movements of a cow over a period of 24 hours. A comparison with the data from the previous day will reveal important information, for example on the time of insemination or on illnesses.
