The manufacturers of milking and cooling systems organised in the VDMA Landtechnik (German Engineering Federation – Agricultural Machinery) have determined science and consultation criteria for the qualification of specialist service staff and have defined elements for sustainable training and further training processes at the manufacturer. A certification for manufacturers and specialist service staff has thus been created that ensures an optimal service quality.
