Successful milk production requires constant efforts to improve all areas, from feeding and management through to milking technology. During daily milking, it is particularly important to consider physiological aspects. Quick livestock-friendly milking and healthy teats are essential factors to ensure good health of the udder and a high milking yield.
Herringbone milking parlours
The Premium 2" milking parlour fulfils all requirements that are important for the milker and the cows.
The 30° tilt position allows for a good viewing angle for udder control while offering high comfort during milking unit operation.
The L-shaped rear partition ensures a safe standing area for the animal and good positioning.
The milking parlour is made of stable 2" modular elements incl. dung guard. The elements are simply connected and fastened with 2 locking screws. The self-supporting structure can be extended to any size.

Entry barrier
According to request, operation of the inlet and outlet doors can be controlled manually or pneumatically via pressure cylinders.
The front partition is self-supporting and designed as curved pipe elbow. The width of the front partition can be changed for optimal adjustment.

The Maximus milking parlour includes all benefits of the 2" Premium herringbone milking parlour with the additional benefit of increased speed when changing groups of cows.
After the milking process, the front partition swivels completely up pneumatically thus releasing the entire row.
Compared to the conventional herringbone milking parlour, the Maximus quick exit reduces the rotation cycle by up to 40%. Depending on the size of the milking parlour, this results in a 5 to 12% time saving of the total milking time.
